Estimating – Crosslands staff is available to provide PRECONSTRUCTION pricing so clients may evaluate their projects economics prior to commiting significant resources.  Crosslands experience allows us to also offer VALUE ENGINEERING options that provide the same design intent but at a lower cost to the client.

Project Coordination with Architect/Civil Engineer/Geotech/Equipment suppliers-Crosslands can offer services to coordinate the design team on behalf of the client.  This coordination results in OPEN DIALOUGE among all of the team during design and entitlements to allow the project to progress towards the construction phase as quickly as possible.
